Hotel Manager
As a Hotel Manager, you will lead all hotel operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience and efficient management of daily activities. Your leadership will play a key role in the hotelβs success, focusing on guest satisfaction, team development, and financial performance. π
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management π οΈ: Supervise daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance departments.
- Guest Relations π¬: Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and maintain service excellence.
- Financial Oversight π°: Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures to achieve financial targets.
- Staff Leadership π§βπ€βπ§: Recruit, train, and motivate staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting growth.
- Marketing and Sales π’: Develop strategies to attract and retain guests, collaborating with sales & marketing teams.
- Compliance βοΈ: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and legal regulations, maintaining high standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role. πΌ
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, financial management, and guest service. π
